The restaurant is nice
room is standard, have carpet, the bed size for twin is standard not big. the TV standard not big the restaurant is nice, the ambiance really good, the food choices also have a lot of varieties, some also taste very nice. I like their bubur sumsum... yummy tasty... a good place for business breakfast as well. Their room parfume smell nice..
The view from 507 is so so, can only see the empty field next to the building, not really nice especially at night. the pillow could be better. The towel need to change (the colour & smell hmhmh...) can be better on this. The bathroom a bit small, they only have big shower on top of your head .... hmmhmhm... a bit uncomfortable the swimming.. feel plain.. No playground for kids.

Disappointing
The location was central and that was the main reason why we booked it.
The dirtiness of the toilet, mouldy walls and sinks were not wiped clean from previous tenants, towels were grey and fraying, towels were so bad that we had to call to ask the towels to be changed. Even the bathroom mat were stained. Breakfast was mediocre. Ask for poached eggs but cook didn’t know how to make them! Staff also not friendly.

Good location, good breakfast but please stop calling and waking up guests in the morning !!!
breakfast is varied and nice, lot of space to sit, even in the smoking area, location is good despite of traffic. Staff was kind and provide with ice bucket to cool bottles
Staff called the room at 9 am on 1st january 2020 to inform that breakfast will be served until 10.30 am; well thank you but I just wanted to sleep since I went to Bed at 4 am! you ruined my new year with your stupid call. Better disconnect the phone. Neighbors were a big family with young children and very loud from 6 am in the morning, had to change room and was better. Definitely ask for a quiet room whether possible. The fridge was not cold. Pool bar at 5th floor should have own point of sale to avoid bringing bills back and forth to lobby restaurant.

Good sleep and Good Taste for Food
I like this hotel for family trip. The hotel is very closed with center city. You can go anywhere because have bluebird pool taxi in front of this Hotel. The food is yummy actually for Pancake. I like it, the taste is very good. Clean is good.
Overall i like this hotel. Maybe for the improvement is for guest service, when checkin in the hotel.
